What types of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders because they slow down order processing and shipping.
How much is shipping?
Here’s the good news. Orders over $50 are shipped FREE to many locations throughout Canada. There may be a modest shipping charge to destinations in more rural locations. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you submit payment.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We have partnered with UPS Canada Standard for fast, accurate and cost-effective shipping.
When will you ship?
We know you need your merchandise fast, so we feel a strong sense of urgency to get your order on its way ASAP. Shortly after you place your order, our team will start packing it for shipment and make every effort to get it on its way that same business day when ordered by 2 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day. A tracking number will be sent to you via email 24 hours after shipment to help you plan for delivery.
What is your return policy?

What is your warranty policy?
We feel that our products will deliver complete satisfaction, and we want you to feel that same sense of confidence when ordering. That’s why we offer one of the best warranties in the vehicle and equipment parts business. We offer a full one-year warranty to back up our products. Do you use order tracking?
Yes. We’re here to work with you throughout the shipping process. You’ll stay informed right up to the moment your order is delivered. Shortly after your order is shipped, you’ll receive confirmation that includes the ship date and tracking information. Your tracking number will be activated about 24 hours after shipment. Your confirmation email will provide a tracking link and estimated arrival date.
